Frances Lois Dix Chapman, 90, of Gulf Breeze, FL, passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loved ones on Wednesday, November 13, 2024.
Mrs. Chapman was born on January 05, 1934, in Atlanta, GA, to her parents, Francis Albert Dix and Janie Lois Turner Dix. Mrs. Chapman was a member of the First Baptist Church of Gulf Breeze.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 am, Monday, November 25, 2024, at First Baptist Church Gulf Breeze. The burial will follow at 2:00 pm from the Pavillion at Barrancas National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Craig Cook, Colin Cook, Zachary Summer, Ethan Phillips, Gavin Phillips and Johnny MacDonald.
Survivors include her husband of 71 years, Charles Luther Chapman, Jr., Gulf Breeze, FL; daughters, Deborah Chapman (Tom Jones), Donna Chapman Summer (Robin); son, Charles Luther Chapman, III (Michele Moody); grandchildren, Craig Cook, Christy Cook Cardena, Colin Cook, Ashley Summer Phillips, Zachary Summer, Cheyenne Chapman MacDonald and Caitlin Chapman; eight great grandchildren.
