Frances Monica Denn

Frances Monica (Potoczak) Denn, age 84, of Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, died on November 15, 2024, at MyMichigan Medical Center – Sault. She was born on October 13, 1940, in Goetzville, Michigan, to Mike Sr. and Helen (Crusso) Potoczak.
Fran worked for Edison Sault Electric Company and Cloverland Electric for over thirty-six years. She most recently worked at the Mole Hole in Sault Ste. Marie to help keep herself busy, up to the age of 83!
Fran attended St. Isaac Jogues Catholic Church in Sault Ste. Marie and was a member of St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church in Goetzville.
Fran was an avid collector of different knick-knacks.
Fran is survived by her sons, David Denn of Sault Ste. Marie and James (Parzi) Denn of Kalamazoo, Michigan; brothers, Robert (Peggy) Potoczak of Newberry, Michigan, and Ted Potoczak of Goetzville; and sister-in-law, Jean Potoczak of Goetzville.
Fran was preceded in death by her parents, Mike Sr. and Helen; brother, Mike Potoczak Jr.; and sister Dorothy Soczak.
A Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25, 2024, from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church, 12841 E. Traynor Rd. Goetzville, MI 49736. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 A.M.
Burial will follow at St. Stanislaus Catholic Cemetery, in Raber Township, Michigan.
