Fran has been my close friend since we met many years ago, she was Frances Marie, and I was Frances Elizabeth. We shared many good, fun times together along with our husbands. Our winters were spent in Florida at Vista Hermosa. Fran always looked forward to her children and grandchildren joining her for a short vacation. Julie you and your family were so loved by your mother. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. We lost a very special person to all of us. Frances Elizabeth
