It wasn't until 2022, when a friend of mine sent me this article, that I learned my parent's honeymooned in Spain. I remember trying on her wedding dress when I was in 8th grade, there was NO WAY I was going to fit into that tiny dress. She mentioned everyone back then wanted an 18" waist!
