Frances Ruth McGlothlin passed from this life on July 8, 2025, at the age of 73 in Cleveland, Oklahoma.
Frannie was born on October 18, 1951, in Amarillo, Texas, the daughter of Martha Laverne Gollihugh. Frannie grew up and attended school in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Frannie resided in Tulsa until several years ago, moving to Cleveland Manor to be closer to her sister.
Frannie was a huge Elvis fan and had amassed a vast collection of memorabilia that she had collected throughout her life.
