Frances M. Noonan, age 86, of West Bridgewater, passed away at her home on March 8, 2026. She was the wife of the late Lawrence B. Noonan, Sr.
Born and raised in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Gordon R. and Beatrice E. (Mutch) Scully.
Frances was very devoted to her family. She was quiet and reserved and was kindhearted.
Mrs. Noonan is survived by her children Gloria J. Noonan of Mesa, AZ, Lawrence B. Noonan, Jr. of Brockton, Timothy J. Noonan of West Bridgewater, David A. Noonan of West Bridgewater, Steven W. Noonan of Brockton, Kellie A. Loud of Brockton, Mary E. Chase of West Bridgewater, and Maureen F. Berger of West Bridgewater; a sister Joan F. Scully of Brockton; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Gordon R. Scully, Ronald Scully, Robert M. Scully.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026, from 10:30 to 11:30 am, with a funeral service beginning at 11:30 am, in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte. 123) Brockton. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090.
