Age 94, of Allison Park, on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, Fran was the beloved wife of the late Edward B. O’Toole; mother of Kathleen Tieman (Michael), Ann O’Connor (Denny), Teresa O’Toole, Judith French (Bob), Frances Venema (Jerry), Edward O’Toole (Kathy), Thomas J. O’Toole, Mary Walter (Joe); daughter of the late Charles and Grace Madden; sister of Sr. Marian Madden SC. And the late Margaret Jones and Charles A. Madden; also 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Celebrate Fran’s life with her family on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 923 Saxonburg Blvd. at Rt 8., Shaler Twp. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Ursula Church, Hampton Twp on Saturday at 12 Noon. The family respectfully suggests donations be made to Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill, 445 Mt. Thor Rd, Greensburg PA 15601.
