Frances "Fran" Rocco

I know Miss Fran for the last 6 or 7 years now from So Pines 1 building in Lusby Md., she was such a sweet soul, so generous, she always had great stories and advise about life. Also she looked after my Mom on occasion for me, who also lived in the building- they were also good friends through the years. She and her infections smile and laugh will be dearly missed.
