Frances Ann Rost, 95, passed away July 28, 2024, at Wellbrooke in Avon. She was born April 17, 1929, in Defiance, OH to August Alva & Gertrude Frances (Kehnast) Nickels.
Frances is survived by her sons Richard M. (Maggie) Rost, Thomas J. (Carol) Rost, and Mark (Jeanne) Rost; her sister Judy Tuohy; 7 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard F. Rost, son Stephen C. Rost, and sister Patricia Fillman.
Viewing will be 9-11 a.m. at St. Christopher Catholic Church at 5301 W. 16th Street in Indianapolis, with mass to start at 11 a.m. Following a luncheon, Frances will be reunited with Richard and Stephen at Calvary Cemetery.
