Frances Rouisse Obituary
Frances was born September 4, 1940 in New London, CT., the daughter of Silvestro and Frances (Pescatello) Grasso.
She graduated from New London High School class of 1958. She married the love of her life Paul H. Rouisse on May 20, 1967.
Frances worked at Mystic Color Lab as a film processor and St. Joseph School in the after school program. She enjoyed knitting, reading, and taking walks on the Ocean Beach Boardwalk as well as at Harkness.
She is survived by her daughter Paula Rouisse and a granddaughter Emily Paul. She was predeceased by her husband Paul, her sister, Johanna Pettit and a brother Anthony Grasso.
Services were private.
