Frances Lee Sweitzer

I'm so very sorry for your loss. Fran was a wonderful person. From the first time I ever met her at H&R block Ferndale to her stay here at North Cascades Health & Rehab. She did my taxes for 20 yrs! Always greeted me with a smile and hug. She was always very warm and beyond helpful each tax year. It was hard finding a replacement when she left. I can't say enough great things about her.
