Frances Rose Zubia

Frances Rose Zubia, 86, of Allentown, PA died Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at Atrium of Allentown. She was the wife of Edward H. Zubia to whom she was married 67 years prior to his death on January 25, 2024. Born Fountain Hill, PA, she was the daughter of the late David and Helen (Yuhasz) Kapusi. She was a 1956 graduate of Bethlehem Catholic High School. Frances was devoted to her husband and her children. She loved being able to stay home to raise her children. After they were grown, she enjoyed working part time as a sales clerk at CVS and the former Almart. She was a former member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Orefield, PA. In her spare time, Frances loved tending to her flower gardens, decorating her home with items she found while on one of her many shopping adventures.

Survivors: Children, Lisa Muniz and her husband Manuel of Hellertown, PA, Edward Zubia and his wife Cindi of Bethlehem, PA, David Zubia of Branchburg, NJ, Jeffery Zubia and his wife Debbie of Richmond, TX, Leslie Luff and her husband Marty of Odenton, MD, Eric Zubia and his wife Patty of Orefield, PA; sister, Helen Keretz of FL; 7 grandchildren; 2 great granddaughters. She was predeceased by her sister, Margaret Marcin.

Service: Funeral Mass 11:00AM Thursday, August 21, 2025 at St. Anne's Catholic Church, 450 E. Washington St., Bethlehem, PA. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are being handled by the Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, Bethlehem. Please record a memory at www.cantelmifuneralhome.com.
