Always making me smile, this gentle giant of a man was an amazing father figure for so many of us. Great memories of him driving us to Jones beach, hardware store visits, holidays at home, and tall tales of early days in America. I simply adored him and his steel blue eyes, and will miss him dearly. Of course he was a master builder - his greatest achievement was what he built together with Mrs. Mesiti in his extended family. They are a lasting legacy to all he stood for: work hard, have fun, excel, give back, be loving and love being Italian. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Diana.
