Never be forgotten by the Hovey's

Mr. Boland was a very kind man. He was a great friend to my mother Emily and a great neighbor to my family. My children loved seeing him every Halloween. He will be missed. Thoughts and prayers to his family.

Dear Family,
I first met Frank years ago @ McDonald's on Bridge St. in Lowell. He was a member of the coffee group that my beloved Mom, Stephanie, held membership also! He was a kind, gentle and funny gent who became a good friend!

I worked downtown for a long time and I use to see and talk to him everyday. I was so sad to see that he passed away. I am so sorry for your loss. He was one awesome guy.

We have a lot of memories of Frank. One that sticks in my mind is when he invited our four children to his office to watch the Christmas parade. They still remember that day. Hard to think of him without good thoughts. Rest in peace friend.
