Rev. Francis Gilbert Crandall, 101, of Manchester, NH passed away September 2, 2017.
Rev. Crandall was born February 13, 1916 in Ledgard, CT, a son of Chauncey & Mattie (Crouch) Crandall and had been a Manchester resident for many years.
Throughout the years, Rev. Crandall was a minister with The Nazarene Church and founded the International Concern For Children Foundation.
Rev. Crandall was pre-deceased by his wife, Mildred (Krivanec) Crandall and two sons, Earl Crandall and Robert Crandall
Family members include a son, John Crandall and his wife, Rhona; eight grandchildren, many great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
Calling hours will be Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at Cate & Johnson Funeral Home, 573 Pine Street, corner of Harrison Street in Manchester.
Funeral Service will follow on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Grace Chapel Nazarene Church, 7 Silver Avenue in Hooksett, NH. Burial will take place at Pine Grove Cemetery in Manchester.
Memorial contributions may be sent to International Concern For Children Foundation, 44 Nashua Road #21, Londonderry, NH 03053.

Gilbert was a first cousin of our Dad and a dear friend of our family.
I am sorry to hear of his passing, but we know he is in Heaven with the Lord. We love him and will miss him.
