Rest in the loving arms of God dearest cousin. I will always remember your warm and caring ways. Your love was truly unconditional. You will always be in my heart.

Rest in peace my dearest cousin. I will cherish all the memories of you and your mom and dad and the wonderful times we had together. Your gentle kindness, your love of God and your grace will always be remembered. I know you are in heaven. I will miss you always.

I met Fr. Menei at Lourdes and he was always so cheerful and kind to us volunteers. He told us that he was sitting on a commode covered with sheets and a pillow at one of the masses he celebrated and it made us laugh so much,. What a great sense of humor he had and confession was easy with Father. All sins forgiven and love our Blessed Mother and Jesus even more for penance. He is definitely in heaven and now with our Blessed Mother and ever so happy. Love you very much Father!

Worked with Fr. Menei at PA Department of Corrections. He was a great priest and well respected by both staff and inmates.He had a calming effect in a very stressful environment. He will be missed. Rest in peace, Padre.

We were truly blessed to have Fr. Menei as our pastor at St. Richards until his retirement.
He was a "people's priest" . Never to busy for anyone to visit the rectory the door was always open to anyone.
He will be missed .

To the Menei Family, our deepest sympathy. Our family shares your grief and loss because Fr Francis became a part of our family as well. We came to know and love him when his mother Rose was in residence with him. They shared in watching our family grow. Our children knew and loved them as they did their own grandparents. What a blessing to our family! We grieved when Rose passed. And , although in sadness today , we in humble gratitude thank the Lord for having Fr. in our life. Our lives are richer, blessed , honored and graced with his loving friendship. We will miss his patience and that wonderful raspy voice that uttered only kind words to every seemingly unjust or difficult situation.. We will be forever grateful that a glimpse of Our Loving Father in heaven was shown to us through His faithful servant Fr Menei. We rejoice in his new life! Fr. Fran and his parents were life-long friend of our families. He officiated at our wedding and the baptism of our daughter. My husband was an altar server at his first mass. We had many happy times together. Fr. Fran always had a smile on his face. He will be missed.
