Francis was a member of Carpenter's Union, American Legion Post 150, and Church of Sainte Genevieve. He proudly served our country in the United States Navy during The Korean War. Frank loved Cardinals baseball, putting in a garden with his daughter, Mary and enjoyed flowers. He never met a stranger and "Grandpa Frank" will be missed by all who loved and knew him.
