Survived by mother, Anastasia Fuentes; wife, Dorothy; daughter, Kristina Fuentes-Ybarra (Daniel); grandchildren, Bella, Nico, and Santiago; sisters, Lucila Tavizon (Conrado Sr.) and Virginia F. Richardson (William); brother, Mario Fuentes; nephews, Conrado Tavizon Jr., Carlos Fuentes, Phillip Bailey, and Vincent Fuentes; niece, Lisa Tavizon; several other great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorial Service Saturday, September 6th, 11 a.m., at the funeral home.

Dorothy and Kristina, I am so sorry for your loss which is really our loss. Paco is one of my favorite people in the Omaha Latino Community and I have great memories. When I first came to Omaha we took a group of of young Boys and Girls club kids on a bike ride in Council Bluffs. More recently I was in Jacobo's and there were two mothers talking to him about how he was responsible for their children's turn around and how thankful they were. Rest in Power Paco, truly one of the great souls in our world!
