We had the honor and privilege to have Frank as our neighbor for 20 years. Frank was the genuine article, a great neighbor, overall great person. He and Teri are like the glue that holds the community together. This is a huge loss for all of us, but we a grateful for having known him. Miss Teri and Frank's family, know that you will be in our prayers and we will be there for you should you need us.
