He was a good man and friend to many

So sorry to about Frank´s passing. Unfortunately, I was not aware until today.
We had so many fun times in Cape May together. He was such a sweet and easygoing person. Love to all. Julie

My sincere and deepest sympathy for Debbie Michael Dolly and family on Frankie 's passing.
Frank became my friend when I was around 7 years old getting my first YAK haircut at Cercek's farm by the tracks. We would meet on the weekend, jump out of the barn, crawl in the sewer pipes at the crick, smoke cattails and lady cigars. Frank was a very polished classical accordion player. We started the Frankie Johnny orchestra playing around 12 years old, then the Pol-kas-ters band with Frank, Jack Whitaker, Timmy Srnick, Billy Srnick Jr. And myself.
I could easily write a book on the story's and memories we had. We continued to be close friends
I'll truly miss you Frank
