Frank J. Cimaglia

CIMAGLIA (1928-2009) Frank Joseph, 80, of Mahwah, formerly of Midland Park passed away on February 3rd, 2009. Born December 9th, 1928 and raised in Jersey City, NJ. Beloved husband of Josephine Cimaglia (nee Montegna) for 56 years. Devoted father of Salvatore Cimaglia and his wife Karen, Jo Ann Cimaglia and her fiancé John Conte, Anthony Cimaglia and his wife Helene. Loving grandfather of Michael Kearns, Nicholas Cimaglia, Valerie Kearns, Kristie Cimaglia, Daryen Cimaglia, Kourtney Cimaglia, Matthew Cimaglia, Megan Cimaglia, and Mason Cimaglia. Frank was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War aboard the USS Achernar from 1949 to 1951. He was an Electrician with the Ford Motor Company in Mahwah for 26 years. He also was employed as an Electrician at Ramapo College of N.J. for 8 years. He was a Union Rep for the United Auto Workers union and a member of the American Legion. Frank was an avid bowler, swimmer and fisherman. He volunteered over 20 years to coaching Little League Baseball in the town of Mahwah. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Friday February 6, 2009 from 6-8 PM at the Van Emburgh-Sneider-Pernice Funeral Home, 109 Darlington Ave, Ramsey.
