Frank E. Cooper

Frank E. Cooper of Sallisaw, Oklahoma was born December 11, 1923 in Blackgum, Oklahoma to Grover and Ella Mae (Davis) Cooper and passed away October 19, 2009 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma at the age of 85. He is survived by three daughters, Louise Bradford and husband David of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Shirley Carpenter and husband Alton of Springfield, Missouri, Mary Lemmons and husband Dale of Stroud, Oklahoma. One son, Frankie Cooper and wife Lou Ellen of Sallisaw. Two sisters, Ruby Cook of Kansas City, Missouri and Opal Strange of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. One brother, George Cooper of Belton, Missouri. 20 Grandchildren 34 Great Grandchildren 3 Great Great Grandchildren He was preceded in death by his parents; wife Ethel Anderson Cooper; four sons, Paul, Jim, Fred and Bud Cooper; four brothers, Chester, Henry, Riley and Willie Cooper; Three sisters, Ester Kerr, Flora Thomas and Artie Bell Moore. He liked to CB, drive stock cars and make things. He was a mechanic.
