He is survived by his Partner Mary Berry from Saint Paul, MN for 30 years; Children Frank Germaine Menzie from Beloit, WI, Star Menzie from Springfield, IL, Ella Covington from Beloit, WI, and Everlena Ballard from Fairmont, MN; Siblings Ethel Clark from Chicago, IL, Lewis Covington from Chicago, IL, and Homer Lee Covington from Chicago, IL; 11 Grand-Children; 2 Great Grand-Children.
Preceded in death by parents Ella and Lewis Covington.
A funeral service will be held on December 9th, 2024 at 12:00 PM with a visitation 1 hour prior at Spielman Mortuary 344 University Ave W, Saint Paul, MN 55103.
