My condolences to Nancy ,'Frank juinior,and Frankie his grandson.and family.Frank was the best plumber and plumbing inspector i knew.Frank always had a positive attitude and would actually help you out so he didn't't have to come back for any unnessary inspections.Frank and i go way back to our car club days.I can't say enough about Frank he was a true gentleman.R.I.P my good friend.
