Frank Allen Fleck

Frank Fleck passed away on February 17, 2026, quietly, while watching his favorite game show Wheel of Fortune. He is survived by four of his seven children, as well as his sister Francis of Jacksonville, Florida. His surviving children are Nick Fleck of Eugene, Oregon, Monty Fleck of Williamsburg, VA., Darcy Fleck of Santa Barbara, CA, and Theresa Fleck of Fresno, CA., as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Frank was born June 11, 1933, in Portland, Oregon and, after graduating from High School there, he went on to get training and certifications in all types of construction, concrete work, and building inspections. He even did a stint building some beautiful custom homes in Arroyo Grande, California.

He was married several years to his deceased wife, Jackie, and they travelled extensively throughout the US, Canada, and the world. Lake Louise and Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada were some of his favorite spots.

Over the years his hobbies varied from golf, playing cards, fishing, crabbing and bowling.

During the last few years, he and his girlfriend Ellen, along with her dog Ella Bella were inseparable, and this was one of his greatest joys.
