Francis “Frank” Thomas Giustiniani Jr. was born in Redlands, California on July 25, 1956. Though his life took him down many wild and winding roads, he returned to Redlands later in life, where he sadly passed away on April 2nd, 2025, at the age of 68.

Redlands was where he grew up and it always held a special place in his heart — but his spirit wandered far and wide. His second love was Kona, Hawaii, where he found peace by the ocean and lived among the palm trees. He adored the Delta in Brentwood, where river water met open skies, and in his final years, he found comfort and connection in Costa Rica — his last great love.

Frank was a skilled welder by trade, specializing in building mini storage units — but his passions lived beyond steel. He lived for freedom: the open road, the roar of a motorcycle, and the rush of the water. A self-proclaimed river rat, Frank spent his happiest days on a jet ski, surrounded by sunshine and speed. He put the “F” in fun. He had many motorcycles over the years; each one an extension of his spirit.

In his final years, Frank found peace in his relationship with God. His faith became a quiet anchor through the storms of life, and a source of strength and stillness he carried to the end.

Frank was a father to three daughters, and a proud grandfather to four grandchildren. He is survived by two of his three sisters, his daughters, and his grandchildren.

He was complicated, passionate, and unforgettable; a man who did things his way, for better or worse. Those who truly knew him loved him fiercely, and he loved them in return. He lived fast, rode hard, and always found his way back to the water.

He will be missed more than words can say.
