Frank Goodman

Goodman Frank On Dec. 26, 2025, husband of Joan Goodman and father of Lisa, Barak, Ellen and Jonathan Goodman, died at home Friday. An esteemed law professor at the University of Pennsylvania for over forty years, Frank loved the law, his students and colleagues, but most of all his family. Born in Omaha, Nebraska, raised in San Antonio, Texas, he achieved the summit of education at Harvard, Harvard Law School, and Oxford University where he was a Rhodes Scholar. His students will remember fondly how he stayed after class for hours to debate the fine points of the law for which he had so much reverence. His family will remember how much joy he took in each of them.
