Rest in peace Frank .You were a good guy and I have fond memories of your friendship. Our last conversation was at Serafino`s drugstore, where you told me you were hanging in there. You fought well.

Frank was a decent guy who fought a long battle. We would run into each other from time to time and chat. I also remember when he was a supernumerary police officer in Southington. My condolences to his family and friends. RIP.

Very sorry to learn of Frank's passing. I hadn't seen him for a long time but we knew each other for 50+ years and were once in business together refinishing antiques. We used to go shooting up at the old mountain house off Mt. Vernon. The adventure is over, Hat. Rest in Peace.
