Frank Halsing

Frank Halsing, 87

Frank Halsing passed on November 9, 2025 at Hope Health Care after a brief illness. He was the husband of Ann (Notturno) Halsing. He was the son of Carl and Doris (Kempton). Frank was born in Mendon at his grandparents' home on Northbridge rd. He prided himself of his Mendon heritage, telling everyone he was born in Mendon. Frank lived in Bellingham and Milford for a short time, but always came back to Mendon.

Frank attended school in Mendon and went on to work at many of the Dairy Farms in town as a young man. He then went onto working in construction being a self-taught mechanic and a self-taught heavy equipment operator. He could run anything from a backhoe to a D10 bulldozer.

Frank and Ann celebrated 67 years of marriage and raised three sons Donnie and his wife Charlene of Virginia, Randy of Pennsylvania and Carl of Mendon. He also leaves behind two grandsons, Jesse Halsing of Washington and Andrew and his wife Cyndi of Virginia and one great granddaughter.

There will be no calling hours. A mass will be held on November 22, 2025 at St. Gabriel's Church in Upton at 10:00 A.M.

Burial will be private at a later date.
