I don´t think I ever met Frank . I am Judy Hipsher, the widow of Frank Ross Hipsher & they were first cousins. I see that the two Franks were both born in 1934. My Frank crossed over in 2020 at the age of 85. I did meet Frank his dad at least once at Fred´s house. My thoughts & prayers are with the family.
