Frank Earl Hughes Sr.

Frank Earl Hughes, Sr., 71, of Millington, TN passed away on November 21, 2025 at Baptist Hospital Tipton in Covington, Tennessee. Frank was born on January 2, 1954 to Judge and Lula Bell Mosley Hughes in Coldwater, Mississippi. He married Janice Swain. He is survived by his spouse Janice Swain Hughes (Frank) of Millington, TN; nine children, Latoya Hughes, Felicia Hughes (Cynthia), Michelle Hughes, Tamara Neal (Timothy), Frank E Hughes, Jr., Cordarra Hughes (Marissa), Demareous Hughes, Frank V Hughes, and Terrance Freeman (Kenya); twenty-six grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren; and six siblings, Judge Hughes, Jr. (Gloria), Connell Hughes, Jerome Hughes (Della), Martha Jones, Annie Harvey, and Gearldine Scurlock. He is preceded in death by his parents, Judge Hughes, Sr. and Lula Bell Mosley Hughes. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 5th, 2025 from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at R.S. Lewis and Sons Funeral Homes 3651 Austin Peay, Memphis, TN. Funeral services will be on Saturday, December 6th, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the Mt Zion Taska M B Church 519 S Mt Zion Road Byhalia, MS.
