Frank “Francis” Anthony Jersin, a loving father, grandfather, and friend, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at the age of 68.
Born on June 22, 1956, to loving parents Joseph and Marie Jersin, Frank was a devoted son, brother, husband, and father who left behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Preceded in death by his mother and father, as well as his brothers Michael and Joseph “Joey”, Frank was saddened by the loss of his son, Francis, who will always be remembered in his heart.
Frank is survived by his loving children: Joseph (Maranda) Jersin, Debra (Daniel) Harrison, Ann (John) Campbell, Amanda Kilgore, and William Rothmeyer, his 13 grandchildren, his former wife Rose, and many other friends and family members whom he loved dearly.
A true Harley enthusiast and adventurer at heart, Frank cherished the freedom of the open road. He took many trips with friends into the Colorado mountains, which fueled his passion for life and allowed him to share unforgettable moments with loved ones.
As the Catholic faith would have it, 'The soul that is well-pleasing to God shall be preserved in the light of life, and the Lord shall give them a sign of his coming.' May Frank's passing serve as a testament to his faith and the hope that he has been reunited with his beloved loved ones in the eternal light of God.
Frank's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to his friends and loved ones for the countless memories shared and the support given throughout his life. Rest in peace, Frank. Your spirit of adventure and love for life will never be forgotten.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th from 10am to 12pm at Horan & McConaty Funeral Home in Thornton. A funeral service will follow at noon.
