Frank E. Johnson Iv

I was shocked to learn of Frank's passing.

He was my personal trainer at the Salem Y, and then came to one of my workshops at MassHire North Shore Career Center as a guest speaker on changing careers as a mature worker. He was a hit!

I am so sorry to hear this.

I met Frank through the Salem YMCA "Women on Weights" class. I remember him as a warm, good humored teacher with an amazing ability to spin on a dime between Spanish and English. I valued his patience and his confidence that strength training is for everybody. His devotion to family and church were clearly genuine and that was impressive too.
