He was self-employed as a general contractor by trade and was a devoted member of both Our Lady of Mount Carmel R.C. Frank enjoyed many games of Bingo with friends and was an avid sports fan, having a special interest in watching and playing soccer. Frank was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather who will be deeply missed.

Frank was predeceased by his sister, Ava Hegyi, of Hungary. Surviving are his wife of 63 years, Carolyn (Stark) Laubtner; children, James Laubtner with his wife Cindy, Francene Laubtner and Barbara Laubtner, all of Woodbridge; two grandchildren, Matthew and Elizabeth Laubtner along with his sister-in-law, JoAnn Powll, of Honesdale, Pennsylvania.
