Frank Lineweaver Obituary


Frank Gilbert Lineweaver Jr., 88, of Boston, Virginia passed away on June 17, 2025. Services for Mr. Lineweaver will be private.

Frank Gilbert Lineweaver Jr. was born on September 20, 1936, in Shenandoah County, Virginia. He was the son of the late Frank Gilbert Lineweaver Sr. and Catherine Lee Clowser Lineweaver.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of 69 years, Constance Ann Lineweaver; three children, Mike Lineweaver and wife Barbi, Karen and husband Rick Fields Jr., and Kathy and husband Allen Towers Jr.; two grandchildren, Ashley and husband Nick Comer and Lindsey and husband Curtis Mundie; two step-grandchildren, Mindy Ramey and Jeremy Fields and wife Brandi; two great-grandchildren, Emmett Comer and Kaiya Mundie; and two step-great-grandchildren, Sara Ramey and Mason Ramey.

He retired from Safeway after working there as a store manager for many years.

Arrangements are in the care of Heishman Funeral Home Inc. Heishman Funeral Service Branch, Woodstock.

I worked with Frank at Safeway from 1959-1962. He was one of the great people I worked for Safeway. First at Annandale and the Springfield,Virginia. He was always fair with his employees and it reflects his upbringing!
