I met Frank in 1975 and very quickly fell in love with him. We married in 1976 and even though we were not able to sustain the marriage, we remained good friends and stayed in touch through the years. He considered me a to be a member of his family even after we parted ways. I will miss our conversations and the sense of comfort I felt just knowing he was in the world. My heart goes out to his family in California and Cincinnati.

After high school frank went off to the marine boot camp .... Frank ended up in california building cruise missile's as I remember .... We met up once when he was in town ... I wish now i had kept in close contact .... RIP Frank

I knew Frank from MACS-7 at Camp Pendleton. I didn't know he was from Cincinnati until someone started talking about Skyline Chili and White Castles.
That was in 1977. Many years ago. Semper Fi and may Frank Rest In Peace.
For his loved ones, please remember what Jesus told us in John 14; "Let not your heart be troubled,"
Sincerely,
John "Jack" Ruth
