Frank & I worked together from 1997 to 2000 at the Yorktown Weapons Station. His knowledge in physical security was incredible, he was a straight shooter and if you were his friend you were for life. Frank and I remained good friends after leaving the weapons station until his passing! I will miss him dearly, he truly was a good man.
