Loving father of Nancy (Arthur) Almendarez, Jacqueline (Nicholas) Cannella, Frank Mattaliano, Jr., Barbara (Daniel) Findley, & Michael (Sally) Mattaliano.
Cherished grandfather of Gary (fianceé Erin) McKenzie, Dawn (Billy) McCarthy, James Mattaliano, Kate (Kevin) Slad, & Maura (James III) Elsberg.
Proud great grandfather of Anthony, Joseph, & Nicholas Harshman, Emma & Evelyn Slad, & James, Jack, & Olivia Elsberg.
Resting at Thompson & Kuenster Funeral Home, 5570 W. 95th St. in Oak Lawn where Services will take place Tuesday at 12:30 pm.
Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Visitation Tuesday from 8:30 am until the time of Services at 12:30 pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Diabetes Association, would be greatly appreciated.
To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

My memories of Frank Mattaliano will live with me forever. Picturing his wonderful smile and contagious grin always brings smile to my face. My loving thoughts are sent his way for a beautiful reunion with his loving Agnes by his side.
