Rest in peace Frank. I was truly horrified and saddened to have heard of your abrupt departure from this world. May you rest in peace. Having known you from the neighborhood (East 9th and Avenue O, Brooklyn,N.Y.) and P.S. 238 was an honor. I will always remember your humor and how you just always seemed to put a smile on everyone's face and bring laughter to all those around you. My prayers and thoughts go out to your family and wife.

Frank, 10 years later and still none of us foret your Bravery, you are missed by all your Family and Friends. Rest in piece old friend.

I was luck enough to be Frank's classmate in PS 238 and at Madison High School. Frank was a class act and one of the sharpest dressers I knew. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I have thought about sending this note for so long. I remember when Frankie & Michael Noto would pick on Jennifer back at 1489 E 8th St. Jen was working in the south tower on the 71st floor, but she came home that day. I guess I didn't know how to reach you to you sooner because of that. I know how Frankie was your life, your only son. Please know that you are always in my prayers

It's 5 years later - but you're not forgotten Frank. I feel like it was yesterday that me, you and Vince were spinning records and talking music way back in HS. God bless you my friend - i'm sure you're in a good place now.

We went to P.S. 238 from 3rd to 8th grade. You got me into rap music and fine style. Remeber all of our childhood friends Ralph, Ambrose, Tommy. I miss our games of Chinese handball. Rest in peace my friend.

I miss martinis on the sofa and you making me watch Casino over and over again. Staying up all night and Heidi getting tired of all the noise we made! Eating cold meatballs at 4am. We just got it together, my cousine, after too long apart. I think about you every day and wish we could have experienced more-- as a family. You mean so much. 01/30/04. Kimmy.

This is your 2nd cousin Bruce that unfortunately was not given the chance to see you as a grown man. Aunt Lee, my mother said you were as handsome as any Hollywood actor. A man with a heart of gold. Each time she spoke to you she left the phone saying to herself: I love him, I am so proud of his accomplishments, he was so kind to call me. It hurts my heart everytime I think about how your life was cut short. I know you are an Angel to your mother and to your beautiful (through and through)wife. We will meet someday I know, until that time I know you will watch all those you loved here on earth.

Frankie, The world can certainly use a few tips from "The King of Style". In the time we worked together I realized that you could be the funniest man I have ever known. You are a man of tremendous style and character. I hope you got the Napster cranked, the bathrobe on and the cigars out. It is the way I will always remember you. You are a good man. Say Hi to the boys for me.
