Frank N. Nido

Frank, "Nunz", of the Fox Run Community in Novi, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend, entered eternal life late Sunday evening, April 3, 2022. He was 92.
Frank was born August 30, 1929, in Detroit, to the late Frank and Florence (Imperioli) Nido. He married Marie (DiCicco) on June 28, 1952, at St. Rita Parish in Detroit. Sadly, Marie preceded him in death on April 16, 2020.
Surviving are his devoted children, Michael (Susie) Nido and AnneMarie (Denis) Hurley; loving grandchildren, Christina (Mark) Moore, Andrea (Rishi) Laroia, and Natalie (Steven) Reyes; great-grandchildren, William and Kate Moore, Adelyn Laroia, and Emilia Reyes; and his brother, Michael (Teresa) Nido. Sadly, Frank was also preceded in death by his son, Robert, in 1969, and granddaughter, Elizabeth Hurley in 1995.
The Nido family will receive guests at the Heeney-Sundquist Funeral Home on Monday, April 11, from 2-8 pm.
Frank's funeral mass will be celebrated Tuesday, April 12, at 12 noon (in state 11:30 am) at St. Kenneth Catholic Church, 14951 Haggerty Road, Plymouth.
Concluding prayers, including military funeral honors, at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield, will immediately follow mass.
A funeral luncheon will conclude the day's events at a venue announced at the church and cemetery.
