I only knew Mr. Frank for a little while and really enjoy the little time we spent together. He was the first person to welcome my brother when he became a patient at The Pearl with that big smile and a handshake. I appreciated that and so did my brother. My condolence to his family.

Frank was nothing short of a legendary man. NFL aside, he always had a smile that would light up the room, the gift of gab and one of the biggest hearts you could put in a man.

Prayers and condolences to his family.
