My deepest condolences to the family of Frank Raspey. We met many decades ago at the Pittsburgh Fencers' Club, and I was so impressed by Frank's kindness, enthusiasm, energy, and sense of adventure. Frank was a role model for all and a friend forever. Frank lived his life with joy, and deeply loved his family. He created a wonderful legacy of memories which will always endure. I am keeping all of his family in my thoughts and prayers.

Frank was kind, and generous to a fault. He took risks and sacrificed for his friends, and lived up to the unchanging values of friendship. He also put 110% into everything he undertook. Frank made a lasting; admirable impression on me. Frank, wherever you are, always keep your point in line.

I really enjoyed my time working with Frank, I will sure miss the times we could get away and grab lunch (always chinese food) His stories were always so interesting. His voice mails he would leave ALWAYS left a smile on my face even if I didn't know what the heck he was talking about!
Rip Frankie until we meet again!!

Frank was one of a kind. As a co-worker for many years, I always enjoyed my time with him. He was funny, insightful, and always had a story that made me smile. He forgot more about music than I will ever know. He most certainly left an impression on me and will be missed. I imagine he'll be trekking with his khaki shorts and walking stick until we meet again. RIP

Deepest condolences for the loss of a great friend and a great man. Frank was one of those rare men who always had a kind word for everyone he met. A friend to all who would bend over backwards to help any and everyone. A true loss for us all.
