Frank Sauser Obituary
Born February 11, 1944, Frank was the 5th of 8 children. He is survived by sisters Sheila, Nikki, and Valerie, brothers, Greg and Steve and 17 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his sister Theresa, and brother Mike.
After serving in the U.S. Army, Frank earned bachelor's and master's degrees from Eastern Washington University.
Frank dedicated his career to public service in the Alaska prison system retiring as Director of Prisons for the State of Alaska.
In retirement, Frank found fellowship and community at St. Ann's Parish in Kaneohe. He was a long-time member of the Basic Christian Community of Hawaii and served on many retreats.
Frank was a caring person, known for his wisdom, humor, openness, and honesty. His legacy of kindness and dedication to his faith will be cherished.
Frank will be deeply missed by family, friends, and those whose lives he touched. A Mass and service for Frank will be held January 10, at St. Ann's Church in Kaneohe.
