Frank Joseph Sehn Sr.

Frank J. Sehn of Sweet Valley, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at the age of 96.
He was born in New York City in September 1928 and was the son of the late Frank and Margaret Sehn.
Frank was ordained a deacon in 1987 for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn. He relocated to Sweet Valley and then transferred to the Dioceses of Scranton in 1992 and was assigned to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, Lake Silkworth, where he served until his retirement.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Ethel; sister, Madeline; daughter, Madeline.
Frank is survived by his devoted wife of 44 years, Bernadette; daughters, Margaret (Jay) and Julie (Ed); sons, Frank (Linda) and Kenneth (Sheila); and grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 11:00 AM from St Frances Cabrini Church, 585 Mount Olivet Rd, Wyoming, PA 18644, with Rev. Joseph J. Pisaneschi of St. Frances Cabrini and St. Therese's Churches, officiating.
Visitation will be Thursday from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the church before the mass.
Entombment will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery, Wyoming.
Arrangements are by the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home, Inc., corner of routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
