He is survived by his wife of 62 years Melba Greene Smart and their three children, Summer Smart and Joe Scarborough, Silvia Smart Greenarch (Roger), Charles Shennon Smart and Donna, their four grandchildren Austin Paxton (Kennedy), Hunter Scarborough (Sarah), Jackson and Bryson Justice; their two new great granddaughters RaeLynn Scarborough and Elena Paxton; family, neighbors and friends too numerous to count.
Frank had never met a stranger; he liked to help others and was a farmer until the day he died. He worked 34 years at Dayco and 3 years at HVO.
