Frank Soltis Obituary
Frank was born in Passaic, New Jersey, and grew up in Clifton. He was a graduate of Clifton High School and proudly served his country as a United States Navy veteran during the Vietnam era.
He lived in Hopatcong and later in Florida before retiring to Toms River. Frank was a devoted parishioner of St. Justin's Roman Catholic Church and an active member of several organizations, including Knights of Columbus Council 4969, 4th Degree; Toms River Elks Lodge #1875; and VFW Post #6063.
Frank was predeceased by his beloved wife, Audrey Soltis.
He is survived by his loving daughter, Nadine, and her husband, John.
