To his family,. I am deeply saddened by your loss. C/o Spaulding was new at Decatur Correctional Center when I met him. He was always kind and made life a little better for me during my incarceration (I also had breast cancer). His fairness to us made a difference. I will pray for you, and him. He was an awesome person and will be missed. Cheryl Smith

Sergeant Frank Spaulding will truly be missed by everyone at Decatur Correctional Center. He had a spark that would light up the room. He had a go-getting attitude and always willing to help when needed. We at Local 632 are praying for your peace and comfort during this difficult time.
