I know I am late in doing this but.....here goes anyway. I helped manage the OR schedule at HDH in 1992. Frank would come by the desk and make some funny quip. It always helped me cope! And some days I needed that! Then, I knew he had been there because he wore enough cologne that it would linger a bit after he went on down the hall!

As a volunteer at Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital, I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Supple during his physical therapy sessions. He was always kind and appreciative of everything we did for him. I can also attest to how hard he worked to get better and improve his mobility skills. His sense of humor and people skills were evident with every interaction I had with him. I loved reading the beautiful descriptions of his life in the official obituary. As a volunteer, I only got a glimpse of this wonderful man. Obviously, he was well-loved and had a well-lived life. I pray Dr. Supple´s family and friends will find comfort in their special memories.

So very sorry to hear about Frank. I first met Frank back in the mud 1970's at the old Richmond Memorial. We later worked together at Henrico Doctors Forest. Always funny, kind, compassionate,he was a joy to work with! Always referred to HDH as MCV wee....My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I was very sorry to hear about Frank's passing. Although I tried, I lost contact with him when he moved to Virginia Beach. He and I had known each other since the early 1990s at Henrico Doctors Hospital. I always felt confident in his abilities and his commitment to patient comfort. This included his sense of humor. I then arranged for him to perform the anesthesia for IVF procedures at our center in Richmond. All procedures and surgeries are stressful but Frank had a way of calming the situation and making the patient feel cared for. He will be missed by his family and friends. RIP

My sincere condolences to Connie and family. Frank and I hail from the same hometown and I have known him for many years. He was a kind and gentle giant. He always had a great sense of humor and a great joy for life. Heaven’s gain is our loss . Rest in Peace Frank.

So very sorry to hear about Frank´s passing. My first meeting with Frank was in anesthesia school when he was assigned to me as my preceptor. He was to show me how it was done. So we go to pre-op our assigned patients for the next day. All 3 of them took one look at Frank and me and cancelled their surgeries. And so it began. We worked together for many years. What a big-hearted, great guy. RIP. Libby Cornwell
