Frank Russell Visconti, 75, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at the Wayside Farms in Peninsula, Ohio. Frank was born on December 31, 1950 in Cleveland to his late parents Russell and Ann (Lenzo) Visconti. He was a self-employed contractor and was a service member of the United States Army. Frank is survived by his son Frank Visconti, Jr., his siblings Debbie Badarzynski and Tina Belsito, half-sibling Lisa, and his friend Frank Cangemi. In honoring Frank's requests, cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
