Frank "Tom" Waters

Frank "Tom" Waters, aged 88, passed away on April 23, 2025, in Baldwin, Michigan. Born on August 25, 1936, in Denver, Colorado, Tom proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force during the Korean War. His commitment to duty reflected his strong-willed and passionate nature.
After his military service, Tom embarked on a career as an electrician with Platte River Power, where he worked diligently until his retirement in 1993. His work ethic and dedication to his craft were deeply respected by his colleagues and friends.
Tom was known for his funny, loyal, and loving personality. Outside of work, he was passionate about several hobbies, including fishing, yardwork, bird watching, and traveling in his motor home. He also had a deep love for animals, which was evident to all who knew him.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Marlene Waters, whom he married on September 28, 1973. He is also survived by his daughter, Debbie Seufert; son, Robert Kevin Waters; grandchildren, Robert, Alisha, Ashley, Melissa, and Corbin; 12 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Larry (Mary) Zandstra; and many nieces and nephews. Tom was preceded in death by his son, Tommy Waters; granddaughter, Michelle; and his parents.
At this time, there are no public services planned. Tom's memory will undoubtedly live on through the many lives he touched with his spirited and generous nature.
